At Chris Costa Productions, we take a cinematic approach to your wedding day. Our basic or "starter" package always comes with at least a team of two videographers, both equipped with the same Ultra High Definition cameras. In addition, you will receive:

How far in advance should we book your videography services for our wedding or special event?
We recommend booking our photography services as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Popular dates, especially during wedding seasons, tend to get reserved quickly. Ideally, you should contact us at least 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that sometimes plans come together on shorter notice, and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.
Do you do photography?
Absolutely!! Chris specializes in video production services. Photography is just not his niche. That being said, we understand that some clients prefer to have their photo and video services combined into a single package. For that reason, we have partnered with several very talented photographers so that we can offer photography options as well!
Can we request a specific type of film style or edit?
Absolutely! We encourage our clients to share their vision and preferences with us. Before your session or event, we'll have a consultation to discuss your ideas, style, and any specific shots you have in mind. We believe in tailoring our wedding film making to your unique needs, ensuring that the final results align with your expectations and reflect your personal taste.
What is the typical turnaround time for wedding films?
Our standard turnaround time for delivering completed wedding films varies depending on the scope of the project. In general, a fully edited wedding film will be delivered within 12 weeks. Depending on the time of year, it could be sooner. Some smaller edits are delivered within a week or two. Chris will explain all of this during a consultation call.
Do you travel?
In short yes. While we mostly serve Connecticut and surrounding states, we are always willing to travel. But with any travel comes some additional costs. Talk to Chris about a custom quote for travel services.
Do I have to wear a mic all day?
This really depends on the final film you want. Some films require the bride and groom to have a mic for just the ceremony, some just the groom, some might require additional time with a mic on. Chris will explain when booking your film.
Is everything I say recorded?
If the mic is on you it is likely recording. However, we only sync up the audio that is recorded during video recording. We don't even listen to the other audio. So don't worry about additional audio recordings.
How many people in your team do you bring?
Depending on the details of your wedding, we have 2-3 team members including Chris, a 2nd videographer & an assistant.
What happens if you are sick or your equipment breaks?
In wedding videography, there are always backups, and backups to the backups. If a team member is sick, Chris will find a replacement. If a piece of equipment breaks during the day, we have backups just in case. You'll never even know.
Do you use drones?
Yes! Chris is a licensed FAA Drone Pilot and will absolutely be getting drone footage. Drone footage is included in all packages for no additional cost!
Can I pick the music in my video?
Yes and no. Music must be licensed for use on videos, especially ones that end up on social media. Generally, Chris will pick the music he thinks is a perfect match for your video. You are more than welcome to offer a style of music to choose from.
